We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please first return it using the procedure below and place a new order for your chosen item on our website.

Important!
- We currently accept 14day returns only from European Union countries!
- Return shipping fees are handled by the customer!
- Used and dirty shoes cannot be returned within the 14-day period! Only try shoes at home and check that the soles are clean and the shoes look like new before sending them back, otherwise we may not be able to accept the return.
- Place the goods in the original box and send it in the original condition, i.e. in a condition showing no signs of wearing, damage or use.

- Phone number for returning goods: +420 602 394 268 (for the transport company form), not for other purposes.
How to return goods within the 14-day time limit for returns?
You can return your product for any reason within 14 days from receipt.

- Place the goods in the original box and send it in the original condition, i.e. in a condition showing no signs of wearing, damage or use.
Help us protect nature!
Before you ship the goods back, please wrap the box in protective packaging, either the packaging it arrived in or the most environmentally-friendly option possible - wrapping paper or a reused shopping bag. That will prevent any damage to the box which can be later reused. Thank you!

- If you are from outside the European Union, please do not send damaged goods. We will deal with the complaint remotely. Please take a photo of your goods and email us at info@realfoot.cz.

How to make a claim?

Please send us your order number and photos of your shoes to info@realfoot.cz first so that we can assess your complaint to you don't send your shoes unnecessarily.

We will send you details for free shipping – in the event of a complaint, we will cover the shipping costs.

If your Realfoot shoes have any defects, they can be claimed under certain conditions. Complaints are governed by the Complaints code here
We will inspect the shoes upon receipt and then assess whether a claim has been made. We will repair any repairable defects as soon as possible and send the Realfoots back to your address at our own expense. We will inform you of the outcome of the claim within 30 days of receipt of the claim in the claims procedure.
Torn Footwear
Claims for mechanical damage to footwear, such as tearing caused, for example, by putting shoes on while the laces are still tied, will not be accepted.
Please send us photos of your footwear first to info@realfoot.cz so that we can assess the claim and avoid unnecessary shipping.
Do not send mechanically damaged footwear to us, such footwear will be returned to you.
