Get on board with Realfoot wholesale!

We are pleased to see your interest in selling Realfoot barefoot products in your shop. Please see below our general terms and conditions for wholesale. 

 

Wholesale at Realfoot: 

• Contact us at wholesale@realfoot.cz for an order form.
• Order now from stock or make a pre-order for next season.
• MOQ (minimal order quantity) policy for every order is a purchase worth at least 1,000 EUR. For smaller orders, a handling fee of 40 EUR applies. 

 

Payment conditions: 

• We ship your order to you after the order and shipping are fully paid.

 

Discount program: Pre-orders and volume discounts can accumulate.

        Volume

• Purchase over 5 000 EUR - 1.5%
• Purchase over 10 000 EUR - 3.5%
• Purchase over 20 000 EUR - 7.5%

 

       Pre-order 4%

• 50% of the pre-order price is paid two months before the agreed delivery. 

 

Product samples:

• We offer samples at wholesale price. Contact us at wholesale@realfoot.cz.

 

Delivery/Shipping: 

• The shipping price is not included in the product price, it is calculated based on your order size and your distance from the Czech Republic. 
• We ship within a week after the order is fully paid. 

 

Customs clearance (applicable for Non-EU only):

• Customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

Faulty product return policy:

• When claiming a return, contact us at wholesale@realfoot.cz and send us pictures of the defective product for assessment.
• Although we check every pair before sending it out, we cannot fully eliminate the chance of a faulty product. If that happens please contact us and we will promptly send you a new pair of shoes - shipping costs will be covered by us.
