We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please first return it using the procedure below and place a new order for your chosen item on our website.

  • Returns

We currently accept 14day returns only from European Union countries!

Return shipping fees are handled by the customer!

How to return goods within the 14-day time limit for returns?

You can return your product for any reason within 14 days from receipt. 

    1. Print out this contract withdrawal form, fill it out and place it in the package.
    2. Create a case using the online form below
    3. Place the goods in the original box whenever possible and send it in the original condition, i.e. in a condition showing no signs of wearing, damage or use.

Help us protect nature!
Before you ship the goods back, please wrap the box in protective packaging, either the packaging it arrived in or the most environmentally-friendly option possible - wrapping paper or a reused shopping bag. That will prevent any damage to the box which can be later reused. Thank you!

Outside European Union

- If you are from outside the European Union, please do not send damaged goods. We will deal with the complaint remotely. Please take a photo of your goods and email us at info@realfoot.cz.

Within European Union

- To make a claim within the European Union, please follow the instructions below.

 

 How to make a claim?

  1. Print out this claim form, fill it out and place it in the package.
  2. Create a case using the online form below 
  3. Place the goods in the original box whenever possible and send it to our address indicated on the claim form

 

If your Realfoot shoes have any defects, they can be claimed under certain conditions. Complaints are governed by the Complaints code here

We will inspect the shoes upon receipt and then assess whether a claim has been made. We will repair any repairable defects as soon as possible and send the Realfoots back to your address at our own expense. We will inform you of the outcome of the claim within 30 days of receipt of the claim in the claims procedure.
