I was able to fit both the 6mm and 4mm insole in my boots for a total of 10mm. It was easy to replace.

Love that 4mm comes standard and by adding these 6mm you have the option to double up with both giving 10mm of insole height. Nice way to customize your fit.

izolační efekt je dobrý, jediný problém jsem měla s délkou stélky, která byla o cca 3-5mm větší než bota a originální stélka v ní. Stejný problém jsem měla i s náhradními, ale po ručním "zkrácení" už stélka slouží a skvěle doplňuje i boty samotné, takže až na úvodní komplikace jsem maximálně spokojená

Vkládání do bot byl trochu oříšek - měl jsem docela strach, abych tu vložku nezlomil. Po tomto malém úvodním problému už naprostá spokojenost.

I won’t be able to use these insoles, they are horribly stiff and hard with no softness or cushion. I thought they would be something like the northsole insoles but not at all. I originally bought them for long days on concrete.

Potvrzuji izolační efekt, vyzkoušela jsem stélky do tenisek při současné sněhové nadílce. A během procházky měly nohy příjemný komfort.

Aktuálně ji mám poprvé v botech City jungle a jsou skvělé. V práci jsem hodně na nohou tak se pár milimetrů navíc hodí. 👍🏻
